Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 9, $47.458 to $55.087 (5 step range)

Job Description: This is a Program Lead position within the Epidemiology & Performance Measurement Department. The Program Lead provides leadership and facilitation in the conceptualization, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of operational plans, strategies, programs, and policies in the advancement of the data & analytics program. The Program Lead works to establish and maintain essential linkages between many diverse stakeholders and the program such as clients, health professionals, government agencies and community. The Program Lead is actively involved in supporting quality assurance and quality improvement. This position acts as a content expert on data and analytics, serving as the central point of contact for staff and stakeholders, and providing coordination and oversight support to various committees and working groups.

Experience:

  • Five (5) years demonstrated project management or leadership experience.
  • One (1) year of previous supervisory/management experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years recent related experience in either a health or business-related environment.
  • Experience in assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation as it relates to data and analytics.
  • Operational level experience in innovative planning and program development in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Leadership experience and demonstrated success initiating and developing collaborative partnerships with health professionals, diverse multi-sectoral stakeholders, and communities.

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree in a related health discipline or health care administration (Masters Degree preferred). Lean certification an asset
