Lead and support our highly driven team of Rx Sales Representatives in the promotion of product(s) from a leading pharmaceutical company to key GPs.
Implement the initial classroom training and provide ongoing field coaching of Impres Sales Representatives.
Provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.
Communicate to leadership on a regular basis regarding the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.
Play an integral role in the development and modification of training packages for representatives.
Assist in the recruitment and interview process of candidates seeking to join Impres.

Previous pharmaceutical management experience is required (minimum 1 year)
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years selling in a specialty environment
Bilingualism required as you will be managing a national team.
Unusual level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement
Completed university degree
Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver's License and access to vehicle
Computer software literacy and access to Email/Internet and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel (40%-50%)
