Project Manager
BIOVECTRA Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager This is a full-time position located in Charlottetown, PEI.
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation to completion. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project execution.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects in drug development/manufacturing/clinical trials, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project performance to ensure efficiency.
The successful candidate for this position should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three to Five+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH), and clinical trial processes (if applicable).
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Starting Base Salary: $65,000
