2 Permanent Part Time Pharmacy Technician
Position Information:
• Must be registered as a Regulated Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred.
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Experience collecting medication histories and interacting with patients an asset
• Experience with automated technology including packaging and automated dispensing units an asset
• Experience with sterile aseptic technique an asset (applicant must be willing to be trained in sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding)
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Computer application skills are mandatory.
• Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
• Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
