DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide pharmaceutical care and full expanded scope services to patients/customers of UHT retail pharmacies.
· Provide drug information, patient medication counselling, advice and support regarding health aids.
· Provide supervision and guidance to pharmacy technicians dispensing prescriptions and supporting all aspects of the operation of the retail pharmacy (including monthly Saturday shifts - Prescription Care Centre only).
· Liaise with various health care providers, external agencies and other staff as required for patient care (e.g. regarding third party funding programs, special prescriptions, drug procurement, and other relevant issues).
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy, preferably with Kroll software experience.
· Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and demonstrated ability to function well in a team environment.
· Demonstrated customer service skills.

· Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability.
