The Director, Local Canada Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and executing Teva's Global Compliance & Ethics ("GC&E") Program in the Canadian commercial (TCI & TCL) and operation (TGO) entities. The LCO will report to the VP, IM Regional Compliance Officer (RCO). The position will serve as a business partner and compliance advisor to the Teva Canada GM and will lead, drive, and manage all aspects of Teva's global compliance program. This position will serve as a critical and valued member of the Teva Canada commercial leadership team and in the IM Regional Compliance Leadership Team. The cluster compliance officer might be requested to lead projects at the regional level under the RCO.
The individual will maintain appropriate independence and objectivity to provide an assessment of potential risks faced by the organization and will need to partner with key stakeholders to provide business-oriented and pragmatic guidance that enables the company to achieve its goals in a compliant and ethical manner. Additionally, the role requires extensive collaboration and teamwork with appropriate legal, GC&E, HR, Global Internal Audit (GIA) and Canada commercial and TGO entity's leadership personnel.
