Join our Microbiology Division (MBD) in the Specialty Diagnostics Group and contribute to our mission of improving global health and safety. We develop microbiological solutions for diagnosing infectious diseases and detecting bacterial contamination in healthcare, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Our product portfolio includes culture media, antimicrobial susceptibility testing solutions, and innovative molecular solutions for food safety testing.
How will you make an impact?
The position is a parental leave coverage role (10-month term) based in Ottawa, ON.
As a production supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to continuous improvement and customer service. Your role is to organize and coordinate manufacturing activities, lead by example, and foster a safe and motivating environment for production employees. By applying Lean methodologies and project management tools, you will continuously work to improve production outputs and optimize scheduling, all while maintaining a strong customer focus to enhance service levels.
