How Will You Make an Impact?:
The Microbiology Division provides solutions and workflow for food, clinical, and pharmaceutical environments. The markets we serve include food manufactures and labs, clinical and healthcare, pharma, and biotech. We manufacture culture media and other microbiological diagnostic products serving customers in the pharmaceutical, food, and clinical laboratories.
A Day in the Life:
As a Manufacturing Operator you will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instruction Documents as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.

Education:
High school diploma is required

Experience:
  • Required: No previous work experience required
  • Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Perform assignments independently with minimal instructions and with a good judgement and ability to prioritize adequately
  • Lead with composure and strive to always be calm and deal with arising situations in a calm manner
  • Have good communication skills and validated interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position requires standing for a period of 8 hours during a 10-hour shift and may be required to move boxes up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
