Reporting into the Manufacturing Supervisor or designate, the Manufacturing Beverage Technician is responsible for set up, sanitation, operation of equipment and processes required for bulk creation and packaging of beverages and other cannabis related products.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm and 2:00pm - 10:30pm (2 week- rotation)
*Potential weekend work.
Pay Rate: $18.90/hr
Role and Responsibilities:
Beverage
  • Blending process
  • Operation of canning equipment
  • Packaging tea bags, beverage cans, and other products in pouches
  • Product labelling and tax stamping
  • Case packing finished product
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work area
  • Other duties as assigned
Manufacturing
  • Edible product manufacturing
  • Product labelling and tax stamping
  • Case packing finished product
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work area
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills considered an asset
  • Accurately complete required documentation
  • Positive outlook, willingness to learn and contribute to company success
  • Maintain confidentiality and attain necessary skills/competencies
  • Ability to take direction and follow all company policies/procedures
  • Ensure quality product via quality assurance procedures and sanitation/hygiene procedures
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting to 25lbs
