Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will help us deliver an excellent customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary details are captured and orders are filled correctly.
- Inspect/verify products to ensure correct items and quantities.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are safely and securely packaged.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (inventory, patient care) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation (if needed), following company SOP.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse or logistics (preferred).
- Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60lbs)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.
