Job Summary:
As a Trade Asset Fulfillment Associate, you will support the Fulfillment team by fulfilling orders placed by Tilray's sales force for trade assets (goods used by both internal and external sales representatives to promote Tilray cannabis brands).
Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of:
- Processing orders for trade assets by picking goods, packing orders for shipping and completing necessary documentation.
- Maintaining accurate inventory data.
- Processing replenishment orders of incoming trade assets and storing in designated on racking
- Moving pallets of trade assets within the fulfillment room with a forklift.
- Supplying data to the Sales Director as required on replenishment etc.
- Cross-training on the Medical Fulfillment process for redundancy and occasional support.
Education and Qualifications:
- GED
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of Shopify ordering platform (not necessary, but an advantage)
