Job Summary
Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently seeking a IT PMO Lead who will report to the Director, IT Service Management & Security. This role is responsible for overseeing project governance, standardizing processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. They drive the adoption of project management best practices, providing guidance, tools, and methodologies to enhance project execution and delivery. This role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to monitor project portfolios, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, they establish key performance metrics, track project health, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
