Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Director, IT Commercial, Finance & HR Solutions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Manager, IT Applications - CRM to join our dynamic team who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Manager of IT Applications - CRM, you will be responsible leading a technical team that supports Microsoft D365 and Clinic Applications, globally. As the Manager, IT Applications you will be involved in …

  • Managing a team supporting technical application activities and foster their professional growth and development
  • Performing daily operational support of applications and liaise with business stakeholders to define and ensure SLAs and expectations are met
  • Leading the implementation of all new system applications by developing roadmaps, defining functional and business requirements and developing and presenting business cases to senior leadership for approval
  • Ensuring proper security measures are implemented to protect computing resources and critical data and train new users by ensuring IT Operational Documentation is relevant
  • Participating in Audit Reviews and ensure applications are SOX compliant and work closely with other IT teams to ensure production applications are performing and operationally stable
  • Managing all aspects of business as it relates to IT application systems, including upgrades, testing, and coordinating service outages
  • Developing and manage departmental expenditures to ensure alignment with approved Capital and Operating budgets

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…

  • A Bachelor's Degree and/or college diploma in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, or related field
  • Post-secondary education, such as a Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science or related field
  • 15 + years of relevant work experience in the IT industry with 5 + years supporting Enterprise level applications and managing application teams (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Prior leadership experience building and nurturing high-performing teams in remote locations and managing projects with cross-functional groups
  • Strong technical experience and knowledge supporting applications such as CRM (MS Dynamics) and ERP (Sage X3 preferred) systems and collaborating with business units to define requirements and introduce solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Dynamic 365 integrations and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience with cloud hosted applications in AWS/Azure and supporting custom configured COTS products
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management software
  • Understanding of incident response, incident management, and change management processes and best practices. ITIL certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with IT General Controls, SOX compliance and audit controls is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Business Applications: Shopify, Sharepoint, and Master Data Management Applications.
  • Experience with AI tools and applications that align with business objectives, ensuring they are integrated effectively with existing systems and processes
