About the Role: We are expanding and seeking experienced Process Stewards (Cleaners) to join our growing team in Windsor, Nova Scotia. This isn't your typical cleaning or housekeeping role. As a Process Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and compliance of our manufacturing facilities—ensuring we can continue to deliver life-saving medications to patients around the world. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will directly contribute to patient health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness in designated areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waste removal.
Restock paper and hygiene products in designated receptacles
Execute deep cleaning of plant areas, including equipment, ductwork, walls, floors, and select outdoor spaces
Safely handle hazardous materials such as acids, bases, solvents, potent compounds, and APIs
Complete all cleaning tasks in strict accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
What You Bring to the Role:
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality - we're producing medications that save lives, and there's no room for compromise
A passion for working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a cleaning or maintenance role—experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated environments is a strong asset
