Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager, this is a responsible position that requires a Pharmacist licensed in Manitoba to provide pharmaceutical services, including education and drug information to the Centre’s patients, staff and families on a regular basis and as requested.

  • Must be currently registered and licensed with the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association to practice Pharmacy in Manitoba.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

  • Must be currently registered and licensed with the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association to practice Pharmacy in Manitoba.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well with patients and multi-disciplinary teams.
