| Intern - Cultivation Location- Nanaimo, BC (On-Site) Full-time-Paid Internship - $20/hr. Position Summary: Put your classroom learning into practice! As a Cultivation Intern, you will actively learn and participate in the many aspects of the life cycle of plants for a cannabis company. You'll keep an eye on the health of the plants, making sure they get water, food, and are free from pests. You'll learn about pruning the plants to help them grow better and increase their yield. When it's time, you'll harvest the cannabis, ensuring its top quality, and then process it by drying, curing, and storing it correctly. You'll need to follow all the laws related to cannabis growing, keep detailed records of all your cultivation activities and inventory, regularly inspect the plants, and keep the growing area clean.
