Ensure excellent central fill experience for the originating pharmacy.
Establish and develop a strong working relationship with Professional Services District Manager and other stakeholders.
Accept central fill prescriptions from originating pharmacies.
Ensure all central fill prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using the established workflow models.
Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
Execute processes as per Walmart's best ways/SOPs.
Ability to operate all equipment in the central fill facility (Parata Max, VBC, Count Assist, computer system, etc.). Protect and maintain patient privacy at all times and follows provincial regulations established by the regulatory body.
Ensure originating pharmacies receive orders as per agreed turnaround time for both vials and CPacks. Notify stores of system failures, late deliveries, etc. Ensure that central fill facility is open and operational during designated operating hours. Assist in executing the business action plan to achieve corporate business goals.
