The SDP is a fully remote opportunity than can be completed from your residency with the exception of three (3) weeks of travel to Pittsburgh, PA in the United States. Your first two (2) weeks of the program will consist of traveling to the US for training and, for your final week, you will return to the US for graduation. All travel expenses (i.e. flights, hotel, vehicle transportation, and meals) will be covered by the company during these travel periods.
Candidates will be part of a cohort, anticipated to start in Spring 2025.
Upon completion of the SDP, you may transition into an interim role within the Canada region per the requirements of the business before offboarding into a full-time role within the Canada region - so geographic flexibility is required.
