Job summary
We're looking for a motivated professional to plant their roots with us as an Applications Integration Analyst. In this role you will report into the Manager of Enterprise Architecture and Integrations and will design, test, implement and maintain interfaces between our business applications built within the MuleSoft Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Solution. As the Applications Integration Analyst you will…

  • Provide technical support for Mulesoft ESB environment including monitoring the overall health of the ESB platform
  • Work with team members to resolve reported issues with system integrations and perform routine maintenance and patching activities
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Business Analysts to fully understand, document and design application to application data interface requirements
  • Design, build and test high quality interfaces between a variety of business applications utilizing Mulesoft ESB Solution and maintain interface dataflow end state design

You will be setup for success if you have…

  • 5 + years of experience designing, developing and delivering system interfaces in a similar role within large enterprise environments
  • Prior experience using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB - ideally Mulesoft) and Java and/or C#.NET application development
  • Post-secondary education, such as a Diploma, in Information Systems Management or a related program (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Relevant knowledge and experience related to data modelling and process mapping, software development lifecycle, release and change management and ITIL
  • Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills with prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, using incident management software (ideally ServiceNow) and reporting on IT KPIs and metrics

Bonus points if you have…

  • Experience with Azure / AWS, ERP systems (Sage X3), infrastructure practices, MS SQL Server / MongoDB / Amazon RDS and IT general and SOX controls
